Shipping & Postage

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after we had collected your payment, but we try for less.
After confirming that the product had passed our quality check, we shall post your product to you as soon as possible.

We provide 3 Shipping Options of your choice as follows:

1. First Class Priority Airmail - (Starting from $3.00)
The First Class Priority Airmail packages normally take up to 10 days for most destinations, however, this packages can also be expected to be delayed to up to 14-28 days of working days.
Please be aware that there is no way of tracking this package, and OrientalPharma and affiliates held no responsibility for any mail losses. (Please refer to our Terms and Conditions Section 7)

2. First Class Registered Priority Airmail - (Starting from $8.00)
The First Class Registered Priority Airmail service is a secured way for your goods to reach you. The OrientalPharma and affiliates hereby declares to take responsibility according to our Terms and Conditions of any problem due to the deliverance lost.
The First Class Registered Priority Airmail packages normally take 7-10 of working days for most destinations but delay can be expected. Please expect at least 14-28 days for delays or latencies.
Please refer to (our Terms and Conditions) in the event of a confirmed mailing loss. (i.e. non-customs)

3. EMS - Express Mail Service - (Starting from $30.00)
The EMS is an express mailing service that takes priority over any other postal service and OrientalPharma is ready to take responsibility in case of a mailing lost.
In most case, the EMS will arrive within 3-5 days after the delivery. You may track your order via an affiliated mail carrier website in your country.
Please be noted that your signature is required upon the acceptance of the goods.
Please refer to (our Terms and Conditions) in the event of a confirmed mailing loss. (i.e. non-customs)

OrientalPharma and affiliates reserves the right to alter your shipping option to First Class Registered Priority Air Mail as we sees fit, but only if we find that EMS may not be the best way of delivery in your area.

We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive as speedily as they can in the best possible state. However, due to the various circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible.

The circumstance outside our control would include:
(A) Actual time taken for delivery.
(B) Intervention of foreign customs and their procedures.
(C) Actual location and route of delivery.

Note for Post Box customers
A Signature required on delivery for the EMS, however, if you use Post Box or you are not home to sign for the package, the mail carrier in your area will drop a package arrival notification slip or form in your mail box, then you can pick up your package at post office in your area at your most convenience time.


Tracking your Order
As of the EMS, we shall provide you with a tracking number, please keep this safe as any lost orders can then be traced.

If an order is taking an unusual amount of time to arrive, we can put a trace on the order from here. You may also inquire from your end. The registration number changes when the packages enters another country, but your post office should be able to provide the number assigned to your package.

Confiscated Orders
If an unlikely event that your orders is stopped, you shall receive a letter from the customs telling you that your had been seized.
Do not reply to the letter. Instead, email it to us and we shall discuss of the matter to benefit you most. (In the case that your order was shipped in a First Class Priority Airmail, any reships will be Registered)

We require 100% of the total order to be sent to us again if you wish us to reship your products before seeing the Custom Letter.

Any re-shipment with a 50% discount would only be offered if you provide us with a valid proof that the package had been seized. A good example would be a copy of a notice issued by the Customs authority. In some cases, we might ask for your Identification Card or Passport to avail the process.

Packaging
Your order will be packed the way we think is best, this relates to the size and the value of the order, so your order may come in more than one packet.
