How to Place an Order?

How do you place your order?

Presently, we offer an option for our customers to place their order.
However, we are looking forward to expand the option for our customer's convenience in the near future.


1.) Placing your order via e-mail

We will require you you to do the following:
- Please read and agree with our Terms of Use.
- Please note down the details (Product's Name and Code) of the product you would like to order in our Product List.
- Please choose for a Shipping Option in our Shipping & Postage Section.
- Please choose your payment option and make the payment through the Payment Section.

Once you had made the payment for the products, please e-mail us at support@orientalpharma.com with the following information:



-- Your Full Name, Address, P.O. Box No. and any additional information that we need to be aware of
-- The Desired Destination for your order
-- The Method of Shipping that you prefer
-- The Payment Option that you prefer
---- 10 digits Money Transfer Control Number.
---- Sender's Name.
---- Amount of Payment.
-- The Product's Name, Code [Beside the Name], Quantity*

*For multiple product order, please repeat only the marked information.


Upon confirming for your order that you sent to support@orientalpharma.com, we start the product quality check up and your Product will be shipped to you within the next working days.
