Concerns regarding shipping

We would like to once again stress that we are a medical distributing company in Southern Thailand who have been in business for over 5 years and we started jumping the internet marketing within 1 year after our establishment.

Our company's primary revenue is in Thailand which are medicine distribution to pharmacies in Thailand and to our chain retail stores.

60% of our sales are B2B to retail stores and pharmacies in Thailand, 30% goes to B2B Companies in Slovakia, Brazil, German and Russia. All other 10% goes to retail business via this website.

As a company, we value service above all else and we do want to establish a long-term relation with all clients and we do our best to assist you all we can.

We are NOT manufacturers, but we are fully licensed medical distributor who purchases drugs directly from the original manufacturers such as ThaiNakorn, Taisho, Pfizer, Bayer-Schering, etc. We assure you that all our products are 100% original and we promise only quality products will be shipped to you.

We have our own QC Lab and certified Industrial Pharmaceutical Officers positioned in our lab and warehouses in Pattalung before the package can officially be "sold", in the case of defects, packages will be returned to the Manufacturers for replacements.

We've been informed by one of our trusted clients that questions regarding seizure chances for some drugs to USA, CANADA, UK, etc. before we started implementing our repacking method (Our Repacking Method) and after we started using them.

We would like to inform you that the method shown is only a "basic" method which we implement to maximize the chances for package to reach you. Please be informed that we prioritize that the package must be "small" and "light" but the drugs sent must be in it's original, usable state.

Before we started repacking packages, which is 3 years ago, we directly ship Anabol, Danabol DS, Androlic in it's original bottle, and if you imagine, the bottle is big and round. Which means it must be put in a box which will cause customs to open the package.

Our repacking method eliminates this problem and cuts the size and weight of the package, thus allowing easier importation to the countries.

We can proudly announce that out of 20 packages shipped to USA, we received an average of a return of 1 package, and this is marked as "unavailable", which is something that we reship free of charge as part of our service.
All recipient using Registered Priority Airmail or EMS must have someone at home to accept the package or the USPS will not drop the package for you. If no one claims the package within 7 days, it will be returned to us, which it will be lost if we uses a fake sender's address.

As ships out roughly 50 packages daily to USA (not including B2B, and wholesale requests) and we decided NOT to use the same address as, if the US Custom finds out that all 50 packages comes from the same sender, all package will be investigated.

To prevent this problem, we use fake addresses.

Our Company would like to once again congratulate the shipping team to have established many repack technique which cuts down seizure rate to shipment to USA to as low as 5-10%.

Shipment to Canada falls roughly at the rate of 80%.

We have never experienced seizure to UK customers.
