Growth Hormone usage requires time exhaustive study, but a quick guide may start here. GH actually works by releasing IGF1 in the liver. It is used medically in children who are hypo-pitutary affected, resulting in stunted growth. If is more and more being used to counter wasting diseases (AIDS, cancer)
along with Anabolic Steroids (AS). Also rejuvination and age/youth restoration are becoming popular rationalization
for using gh; as it is reported to cause skin, hair, nails, to be age resistant upon gh use, along with restored overall vigor.

The powdered wafer must be refridgerated immediately following reconstitution with sterile or bacteriostatic water.
The gh amino peptide molecules are quite large and are easily 'torn' apart if not refridgerated and treated very carefully and delicately. When mixing the powder and the water it must be stirred/swirled-not vigirously shaken, which would break apart the 191 amino acid sequence. It has been found that a branch of the gh molecule can be used for strictly fat loss, and this is currently being studied. Normal endogenious production begins to decline at 25-30YO.
Therefore it is not usually recommended for those younger than that, who are likely not as advanced in their performance enhancing drug program anyway. GH is for the advanced, experienced user.

Daily doseages are used from 2iu and up to 20iu. Normal effective doseage is probably 4-6iu ED. Duration of a cycle is based on money available (take it as long as you can afford it!). But it should be used at least 8-12 weeks. It also appears that the fat burning effect of gh may continue past the stopage of the drugs for several weeks. Humetrope (81-90iu vials/kit) is probably the most expensive; with Equigen (210iu vial) being the least expensive. All being considered it is not a cost effective drug, and money would be spent most wisely with AS products alone. If there is excess funds gh purchase can be considered. Normal administration is to
inject Subq several times (2-4x) ED, as opposed to IM injections. This will delay the absorption and extend the life of the drug, which is only about 2hrs. Endogenious peak levels are found during the first hours of sleep. For this reason recommended times of administration would be waking AM hours, and at least 2-4hrs before bedtime. This will hopefully keep the peak release of the body normal and intact, assuming the feedback system for gh is not drastically altered by exogenious doseages. If used with insulin one of the injections of the day should be done post-workout.

Side effects include water retention in the extremeties, Carpal Tunel Syndrome like symptoms. These sides will normally cease several weeks after the administration of gh is ended. Possible permanent effects are Type II Diabetes, acgromegely of the bones in the hands feet and face (as would occur in gigantisism, a disease caused by hyper-pituitary excess production of gh). GH may cause insulin desensitivity. Glucophage may be taken to increase
the insulin sensitivity in the user, countering the negative effect of the gh. Some say it decreases Thyroid output also,
but the distinct fat burning effect of gh questions the relevance of this claim. Gh is best used with insulin and
Anabolic Steroids (AS). This will cause a synergistic effect of all the drugs used, a very powerful bulking cycle (possibly
with less fat retention from high caloric intake, than would be possible without gh) for the advanced user. If no insulin use is desired, gh can be used with AS, and with added glucophage if desired. This will cause little if any bulk gains past what would be realized with just the AS alone, but with a more quality, cut, look. You should use AS with gh; however some may use gh alone during a short bridge peroid when off AS, in order to retain mass gain on the previous AS cycle. So, basically gh is not a good bulking drug in itself. It is
a very good cutting drug and in addition to AS and insulin is part of a great bulking stack.

This is a simple guide to gh use, surely exclusions have been made. Extensive self-study is also required for the use of the advanced sports drug.

Body Research Co., LTD. is a distributor company, they do NOT have any factory of their own. When they first sold Danabol DS and Stanol, they contracted March Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) under their own brand and label. Rumor - British Dispensary are to discontinue the Anabol production?

This is a rumor we receive from our source who is working in British Dispensary.

The source had informed us that the British Dispensary are stopping all Anabol manufacturing within April and no plan to continue them anymore. No reason was known.

We are unsure how many more we can order from British Dispensary, however, if the product is really discontinued, we may all have to use Danabol DS instead.

British Dispensary lost Anabol license

The roumors have been floating around for some time about British Dispensary, one of the most dianabol makers in the world, loosing their license to produce their brand name dianabol called Anabol.

All of us have come to appreciate the pink tabs that became synonymous with Dianabol as a good product for a reasonable price. This may come to an end now though.

As British Dispensary was well accepted on the steroid market so did they become a problem to the DEA and other law enforcement agencies around the world. Although British Dispensary did not violate any laws directly their products were mainly sold outside of Thailand where they are registered and illegally exported worldwide. It is estimated that as much as 80% of their production was exported directly by the British Dispensary to various trading companies world-wide, and of those 20% that were sold in Thailand great majority was also exported to other countries.

Couple of months ago rumors emerged that British Dispensary lost their license to produce Anabol in Thailand. These rumors stipulated that different reasons for their loss of license but I was told by a very reliable source that the main reason their license was revoked was because the US authorities used their influence with Thai government and pressured them into suspending their license. At the moment it seems that British Dispensary will not be able to apply for a new license nor it is clear what will happen with other Dispensary anabolic steroids products (at the moment they still produce Azolol and Androlic). Another problem are tensions between the owners of British Dispensary - the company is family owned and one portion of the family wishes to cease production completely while the other portion would like to continue production…

It is said that Dispensary still has large stocks of Anabol on stock (they cannot produce new batches but they can still sell old batches) and they are still available on the market. However, I fear that soon we will be faced with the same problem as with most other brands - there will still be demand for Anabol and as Dispensary will not produce it anymore the counterfeiters will fill the void. In the end this will turn out to be another stupid interjection by US government that will force users to change a quality product for dangerous counterfeited or underground products.

Dangers Of Ephedrine: Here's what happens when you put a little ephedrine in your coffee.

Ephedrine, the main ingredient in many popular decongestant cold remedies, is banned from the competitive arena by the IOC, the IAAF, the USOC, the NCAA, and the Boy and Girl Scouts of America, and several well-known athletes have been suspended from competition because ephedrine occupied a too-prominent position in their urine. Despite these banishments, athletes continue to use the stuff. Ice-hockey players pop ephedrine tabs before games, weight lifters swallow the stuff to give their workouts a boost, runners devour it before interval sessions, and a variety of different athletes (and non-athletes) ingest ephedrine in hopes of losing weight. Ephedrine has become one of the most popular 'supplements' used by athletes; the 'word on the street' is that it is a rather powerful stimulant which can speed up interval workouts, increase strength, and also assist with weight loss...

Strangely enough, however, until now not a single scientific study has linked ephedrine with improved athletic performance. In fact, classic research carried out in the 1970s showed that ephedrine had no effect at all on physical work capacity. More recently, studies demonstrated that ephedrine did not improve 40-K bicycle race times, nor did it increase maximal power and muscular endurance in experienced, competitive cyclists...

But you may have noticed that we began the last paragraph with the phrase 'until now'. Indeed, there is new research which indicates that ephedrine can boost performance during intense efforts which last for about 15 minutes or so (for example, a 5-K running race). However, this new study indicates that ephedrine works its magic only when it is ingested along with caffeine..

Putting it to the test
Scientists at the Defence and Civil Institute of Environmental Medicine in North York, Ontario, Canada, asked twelve male cyclists to take part in a rugged, exercise-cycle workout which was designed to produce complete exhaustion in about 12 to 13 minutes (in this session, the individuals simply warmed up with five minutes of easy riding and then pedalled for as long as possible at a fixed, high percentage of VO2max). On one occasion, the subjects attempted this workout 90 minutes after ingesting 1 mg of ephedrine per kilogram of body weight. On another day, the athletes hit the session 90 minutes after swallowing 5 mg of caffeine per kilo of body weight (research has shown that it takes about 90 minutes for ephedrine and caffeine to attain peak concentrations in the blood after they are ingested). In yet another situation, the athletes took both the epehedrine and caffeine before stepping on to their bikes. And of course, they also tried the red-hot session after taking in only a placebo ('Effects of Caffeine, Ephedrine and Their Combination on Time to Exhaustion during High-Intensity Exercise,' European Journal of Applied Physiology, vol. 77, pp. 427-433, 1998)...

Ephedrine, when taken alone, failed to increase performance time (which was defined as the amount of time a cyclist could sustain the required, high-percentage-of-VO2max intensity without becoming too exhausted to continue). Likewise, caffeine taken alone failed to improve performance, compared to the placebo...

However, ephedrine combined with caffeine proved to be a powerful ergogenic concoction. Average performance time increased by about 39 per cent with ephedrine plus caffeine, compared to placebo, and all eight subjects improved their performances with ephedrine and caffeine together. In addition, the subjects' heart rates were higher with the ephedrine-caffeine combo, yet the workout actually felt easier with the ephedrine and caffeine on board...

Why it works
Why did the ephedrine-plus-caffeine mix work so well? Blood-glucose levels were highest after the ephedrine-caffeine intake, suggesting that perhaps there was greater fuel available for leg muscles after ephedrine-caffeine ingestion, or that more glucose was getting to the brain, allaying mental fatigue. However, neither of these possibilities represents a likely explanation for the superiority of the ephedrine-plus-caffeine mix: The workouts were so short that fuel should not have become limiting, and indeed blood-glucose levels were normal in the placebo, isolated caffeine, and isolated ephedrine trials. In other words, there was plenty of carbohydrate fuel available in all situations...

Since the exercise felt about 25 per cent easier after ephedrine and caffeine were taken together (ie, ratings of perceived exertion were 25 per cent lower), it's likely that the ephedrine and caffeine worked together - by some as yet unknown mechanism - on the central nervous system, masking feelings of fatigue and thus allowing the athletes to work for a longer period of time. We do know (from previous research) that ephedrine and caffeine, when taken together, can fairly dramatically speed up metabolism. Thus, the ephedrine-caffeine combination may be a fairly potent stimulant of nervous-system function and may also spur other physiological processes, including muscle contractility...

However, all was not a bed of roses for the caffeine-ephedrine ingesters. About 33 per cent of them suffered from nausea during the workout after they had ingested the high-octane, ephedrine-caffeine cocktail and were unable to complete the session (thus, the number of subjects actually analyzed dropped from 12 to eight). In addition, of course, ephedrine is a banned drug, so you run the risk of being both disqualified from your race and suspended from competition indefinitely if you use it. And finally, some individuals have severe reactions to ephedrine, ranging from nervousness and irritability to irregular heart rhythms, convulsions, and even death. It's not something you want to fool around with!

What happened to caffeine?
Why didn't caffeine boost exercise performance, since a number of other studies have shown it to be an ergogenic substance? For one thing, the participants in the Ontario study were regular caffeine users (they drank at least seven cups of caffeinated coffee per week), so perhaps they were less sensitive to caffeine than irregular users would be (research suggests that caffeine's effects are blunted if it is ingested frequently). The subjects were also not in a high state of fitness, and there is some evidence that caffeine works better in highly trained athletes, compared to average people...

As we have mentioned before in Peak Performance, caffeine - taken in moderate amounts - is a 'legal' performance booster. Taking too much of the stuff will get you banned, but as it turns out, the amount needed for banishment actually hurts performances, while lesser quantities increase athletic capacity...

The true scoop on caffeine is as follows:
1. Although most endurance runners believe that caffeine can help marathon performances, the truth is that it helps individuals engaged in shorter races, but not marathoners. Not a single published study has linked caffeine intake with improved marathon performance, but strong evidence indicates that caffeine (specifically, the amount in about two cups of strong coffee, which is a legal intake) can improve one-mile race time by about four seconds and also heighten kicking speed at the end of a 1500-metre or one-mile race by around 3 per cent ('Effect of Caffeinated Coffee on Running Speed, Respiratory Factors, Blood Lactate, and Perceived Exertion during 1500m Treadmill Running,' British Journal of Sports Medicine, vol. 26(2), pp. 116-120, 1992)...

2. The caffeine in a caffeine tablet is much more effective (ie, performance-enhancing) than the caffeine in coffee, because coffee itself contains chemical constituents which dull caffeine's physiological activity (please see next point)...

3. It's likely that caffeine can add some real sizzle to 10-K performances. In a recent study carried out at the University of Guelph in Canada, subjects were asked to run for as long as possible at an intensity of about 91 per cent of maximal heart rate (similar to the heart rate which prevails during the greater portion of a 10K). Individuals who ingested placebo (sugar) tablets lasted only 22 minutes at this intensity, while runners who took in decaf coffee, regular coffee, or decaf coffee plus added caffeine kept going for 26 minutes. The best strategy by far, however, was using caffeine tablets, which allowed athletes to buzz along for 41 minutes at 91 per cent of max heart rate ('More Buzz about Joe,' Running Research News, vol. 11 (1), pp. 10-11, 1995). All of the runners improved their performances after taking in caffeine pills, compared to swilling real coffee. The dosage used in all cases was 4.5 mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight (which usually leads to perfectly legal caffeine concentrations in the urine)...

4. Caffeine can also improve the quality of interval workouts. One piece of research determined that ingesting six mg of caffeine per kilogram of body weight (approximately the amount in three to four cups of strong coffee, which will still be a legal dose for most athletes) boosts performance by about 20 per cent during an interval workout which consists of two-minute intervals at an intensity of 100% VO2max...

5. Other studies have linked caffeine with improvements in both sprinting ability on a bicycle and 100-metre swim times ('Benefits of Caffeine Ingestion on Sprint Performance in Trained and Untrained Swimmers,' European Journal of Applied Physiology, vol. 64, pp. 377-380, 1992)...

6. Although caffeine can act as a diuretic, it does not appear to increase the risk of dehydration when taken shortly (about an hour) before exercise, probably because the exercise itself tends to tone down urine production. For example, in one study, a jolt of caffeine exaggerated urine production by 31 per cent when no exercise was undertaken but had basically no effect on urine output when the caffeine was combined with exercise...

7. If you are interested in using caffeine to put a charge in your interval sessions or race performances, the 'right' dose appears to be about 300 mg, taken 60 to 90 minutes before you start exercising. This practice is legal, but is it ethical? If you always drank three cups of coffee one hour before your races or intense workouts, even before you knew that caffeine was ergogenic, you could argue that your caffeine intake was a normal and natural part of your life, ie, that you were just following your routine dietary practices (however, bear in mind that coffee is less ergogenic than straight caffeine). However, in other situations, the truth is that caffeine intake is not ethical. You are basically using a drug to enhance your performance, and the only reason such a practice won't lead to penalties is that the governing bodies are too stupid to recognize the ergogenic potential of small quantities of caffeine...

8. Caffeine is not included in most sports drinks, but it would probably have great performance-promoting value there. For example, in research carried out at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, cyclists who ingested caffeine exhibited greater strength and endurance at the end of prolonged rides. This may be one reason why so many athletes sip Coke during extended race efforts...

9. Should you try ephedrine - or mix ephedrine with caffeine - prior to your rugged workouts or race efforts? Not a chance! Ephedrine plus caffeine would probably be an ergogenic combination for many athletes, but ephedrine produces too many side effects to be used safely, and the amount required to produce an effect is definitely illegal...

AsiaPharma Fake Or Real? But their Official Website Phone Never Works

The AsiaPharma's official website states their partnership and office in Thailand along with address and phone number however... As we are living in Thailand, our Sales and Outsource Department had repeatedly contacted AsiaPharma's Thai Phone number only to receive that "no such number" exist.

We would like to stress all our clients to be careful about AsiaPharma's product as we have yet to be able to proof the legality of the product. Although Thai FDA's do have the listing of Asia Pharma's product, the certificate have been stripped as of 09 Jan 2010.

It’s important to state from the beginning that I decided to write this article as a regular consumer. I do not have an affiliation with any lab or company. I do have an innate sense of what is right and what is wrong, and I feel so frustrated when companies think the rest of us are so ignorant that can try to sell us a bill of goods and we will lap it up simply because they said so.

What am I writing about? World Pharma of course. Read on and see what is provoking me and many others to revolt against this deceitful company.
Playing the Game

World-Pharma is playing a game with the uneducated buyer searching for “top-quality steroids.” They are using the old British Dragon name, along with claims that they also carry an “FDA, WHO, GMP approved” Asia Pharma to get their way.

Sadly, it is through complete fabrication and the use of paradox information that keeps World-Pharma.org operational and thriving. Lets start by taking a look at the “new” British Dragon.

The new British Dragon being produced is not related to the old British Dragon. It is just a new UGL that has purchased the rights to use BD’s large and once highly reputable name.
Low Quality at High Prices

According to an article on steroidslive.com, the new line is sub-par and until this point has shown itself to be lower in quality than the old BD. Obviously, World-Pharma came in and saw a business opportunity to produce the British Dragon line in an “Underground” style, raise the price beyond reason, and justify this by calling it British Dragon.

Of course, to the uneducated consumer, this plan has worked. World-Pharma.org is becoming one of the most wealthy steroid sites around.

WP also has a banner on almost all steroid blogs including Anthony Roberts’ own blog, which, for some hypocritically bizarre reason, no longer features the posts about the new BD being sub par to the old one. Data loss maybe–this writer knows better.
The World-Pharma Game Plan

World-Pharma contrives many game plans. One of them is posting their own reviews on forums using multiple user accounts. These reviews tell how “great” their products are, but the problem is—the SAME exact review appears on a WP owned or managed board.

Clearly, the author of the blog somehow has rights or permission to publish the review, leading us with no other choice to believe that they (“Pacha” on IronMag) are affiliated with WP. Now people are starting to notice.

When forum members started to ask for specifics including testing standards, printouts, or even what gear was tested—there was no reply from “Pacha” or World-Pharma on the matter.

Subsequently, the thread was locked by a moderator. Now unless you were born yesterday, anyone can see that there is something seriously fishy going on here.

Another of their tactics is attacking other major and well-known competitors, including GenXXL, and most recently, Napsgear. I am happy to provide citations for this—you can email me directly at TimGreenly@live.com. I will not help spread WP’s propaganda for obvious reasons.

FDA Approval–Seriously?

One of the biggest shams WP runs is saying (and poorly—I may add): “Dear guys as we say all the time, we sale only GMP-WHO and FDA gear and we do our best to make our customers happy!”

Now they are attempting to convince us that British Dragon is GMP-WHO and FDA approved? Any veteran steroid user knows much better than that. So let’s take a look at their other brand of product, which they charge an even more ridiculous price for—Asia Pharma.

Yes, Asia-Pharma was on the THAI FDA website as certified, but on January, 28th 2010 that certification became no longer valid. Look for yourself—#9 on the list.

Their certification specifically states: “This certificate does not include Non-sterile products (Semi-solid dosage forms). This site does not produce Cephalosporin products, Beta-lactam products, Sex hormones and Anti-cancer products.”

This means, even when they were certified, their sex hormone products–which are all steroids to any of you who are 100% clueless–were never FDA approved.

While writing this article, I went to the Asia Pharma website and clicked on their fake FDA link, which of course is the www2. Try the link yourself— it doesn’t even work as of 7/20/10.

Don’t you think an FDA-GMP approved lab would have a working reference link to the real FDA website? This way the consumer could check the certification. They most certainly would, but of course Asia Pharma does not—simply because they are not certified.
Asia Pharma Lies

Asia Pharma is also the first UGL that lies about how they make their UGL gear. It is without a doubt the world’s most expensive UGL.

Commonly known as Anavar. Oxandrolone is always considered for the "real" cycle as it's much more potent compared to the former Stanozolol or Methandienone. Furthermore, it's effect lasts longer and causes low side effect. The only drawback to using Oxandrolone is the price, however, if you're done with all the Testosterone Enanthate or Propionate, you might want to consider switching to Oxandrolone. The GB Standard is considered a better quality compared to the LA Pharma product that was recently shut down by the Thai FDA.

The most common disease of GH excess is a pituitary tumor composed of somatotroph cells of the anterior pituitary. These somatotroph adenomas are benign and grow slowly, gradually producing more and more GH. For years, the principal clinical problems are those of GH excess. Eventually the adenoma may become large enough to cause headaches, impair vision by pressure on the optic nerves, or cause deficiency of other pituitary hormones by displacement.

Prolonged GH excess thickens the bones of the jaw, fingers and toes. Resulting heaviness of the jaw and increased size of digits is referred to as acromegaly. Accompanying problems can include sweating, pressure on nerves (e.g., carpal tunnel syndrome), muscle weakness, excess sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), insulin resistance or even a rare form of type 2 diabetes, and reduced sexual function.

GH-secreting tumors are typically recognized in the fifth decade of life. It is extremely rare for such a tumor to occur in childhood, but, when it does, the excessive GH can cause excessive growth, traditionally referred to as pituitary gigantism.

Surgical removal is the usual treatment for GH-producing tumors. In some circumstances, focused radiation or a GH antagonist such as pegvisomant may be employed to shrink the tumor or block function. Other drugs like octreotide (somatostatin agonist) and bromocriptine (dopamine agonist) can be used to block GH secretion because both somatostatin and dopamine negatively inhibit GHRH-mediated GH release from the anterior pituitary.

There is theoretical concern that HGH treatment may increase the risks of diabetes, especially in those with other predispositions treated with higher doses. If used for training, growth at a young age (25 or less) can cause severe symptoms. One survey of adults that had been treated with replacement cadaver GH (which has not been used anywhere in the world since 1985) during childhood showed a mildly increased incidence of colon cancer and prostate cancer, but linkage with the GH treatment was not established.[33]

Regular application of extra GH may show several negative side-effects such as joint swelling, joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and an increased risk of diabetes.[27] Other side effects can include less sleep needed after dosing. This is common initially and decreases in effect after habitual use of GH.

Growth hormone gH
Is a protein-based poly-peptide hormone. It stimulates growth and cell reproduction and regeneration in humans and other animals. It is a 191-amino acid, single-chain polypeptide hormone that is synthesized, stored, and secreted by the somatotroph cells within the lateral wings of the anterior pituitary gland. Somatotropin refers to the growth hormone produced natively and naturally in animals, whereas the term somatropin refers to growth hormone produced by recombinant DNA technology,[1] and is abbreviated "rhGH" in humans.

Growth hormone is used clinically to treat children's growth disorders and adult growth hormone deficiency. In recent years, replacement therapies with human growth hormones (hGH) have become popular in the battle against aging and weight management. Reported effects on GH deficient patients (but not on healthy people) include decreased body fat, increased muscle mass, increased bone density, increased energy levels, improved skin tone and texture, increased sexual function and improved immune system function. At this time hGH is still considered a very complex hormone and many of its functions are still unknown.[2]

In its role as an anabolic agent, HGH has been used by competitors in sports since the 1970s, and it has been banned by the IOC and NCAA. Traditional urine analysis could not detect doping with hGH, so the ban was unenforceable until the early 2000s when blood tests that could distinguish between natural and artificial hGH were starting to be developed. Genes for human growth hormone, known as growth hormone 1 (somatotropin) and growth hormone 2, are localized in the q22-24 region of chromosome 17 and are closely related to human chorionic somatomammotropin (also known as placental lactogen) genes. GH, human chorionic somatomammotropin, and prolactin (PRL) are a group of homologous hormones with growth-promoting and lactogenic activity.

Stucture
The major isoform of the human growth hormone is a protein of 191 amino acids and a molecular weight of 22,124 daltons. The structure includes four helices necessary for functional interaction with the GH receptor. It appears that, in structure, GH is evolutionarily homologous to prolactin and chorionic somatomammotropin. Despite marked structural similarities between growth hormone from different species, only human and primate growth hormones have significant effects in humans.

Several molecular isoforms of GH circulate in the plasma. A percentage of the growth hormone in the circulation is bound to a protein (growth hormone-binding protein, GHBP) which is the truncated part of the growth hormone receptor, and an acid labile subunit (ALS).

Regulation
Peptides released by neurosecretory nuclei of the hypothalamus (Growth hormone-releasing hormone and somatostatin) into the portal venous blood surrounding the pituitary are the major controllers of GH secretion by the somatotropes. However, although the balance of these stimulating and inhibiting peptides determines GH release, this balance is affected by many physiological stimulators (e.g., exercise, nutrition, sleep) and inhibitors of GH secretion (e.g., Free fatty acids)[3]

Stimulators of GH secretion include:

Growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH also known as somatocrinin) through binding to the growth hormone releasing hormone receptor (GHRHR)[4]

Inhibitors of GH secretion include:

In addition to control by endogenous and stimulus processes, a number of foreign compounds (xenobiotics such as drugs and endocrine disruptors) are known to influence GH secretion and function

Secretion Patterns
HGH is synthesized and secreted from the anterior pituitary gland in a pulsatile manner throughout the day; surges of secretion occur at 3- to 5-hour intervals.[2] The plasma concentration of GH during these peaks may range from 5 to even 45 ng/mL.[15] The largest and most predictable of these GH peaks occurs about an hour after onset of sleep.[16] Otherwise there is wide variation between days and individuals. Nearly fifty percent of HGH secretion occurs during the third and fourth REM sleep stages.[17] Between the peaks, basal GH levels are low, usually less than 5 ng/mL for most of the day and night.[16] Additional analysis of the pulsatile profile of GH described in all cases less than 1 ng/ml for basal levels while maximum peaks were situated around 10-20 ng/mL.[18][19]

A number of factors are known to affect HGH secretion, such as age, gender, diet, exercise, stress, and other hormones.[2] Young adolescents secrete HGH at the rate of about 700 μg/day, while healthy adults secrete HGH at the rate of about 400 μg/day

Functions Of gH
Effects of growth hormone on the tissues of the body can generally be described as anabolic (building up). Like most other protein hormones, GH acts by interacting with a specific receptor on the surface of cells.

Increased height during childhood is the most widely known effect of GH. Height appears to be stimulated by at least two mechanisms:

1.Because polypeptide hormones are not fat-soluble, they cannot penetrate sarcolemma. Thus, GH exerts some of its effects by binding to receptors on target cells, where it activates the MAPK/ERK pathway.[21] Through this mechanism GH directly stimulates division and multiplication of chondrocytes of cartilage.
2.GH also stimulates, through the JAK-STAT signaling pathway[22], the production of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1, formerly known as somatomedin C), a hormone homologous to proinsulin.[23] The liver is a major target organ of GH for this process and is the principal site of IGF-1 production. IGF-1 has growth-stimulating effects on a wide variety of tissues. Additional IGF-1 is generated within target tissues, making it what appears to be both an endocrine and an autocrine/paracrine hormone. IGF-1 also has stimulatory effects on osteoblast and chondrocyte activity to promote bone growth.
In addition to increasing height in children and adolescents, growth hormone has many other effects on the body:

Increases calcium retention, and strengthens and increases the mineralization of bone
Increases muscle mass through sarcomere hyperplasia
Promotes lipolysis
Increases protein synthesis
Stimulates the growth of all internal organs excluding the brain
Plays a role in fuel homeostasis
Reduces liver uptake of glucose
Promotes gluconeogenesis in the liver[24]
Contributes to the maintenance and function of pancreatic islets
Stimulates the immune system

Deficiencies
The effects of growth hormone deficiency vary depending on the age at which they occur. In children, growth failure and short stature are the major manifestations of GH deficiency, with common causes including genetic conditions and congenital malformations. It can also cause delayed sexual maturity. In adults, deficiency is rare,[25] with the most common cause a pituitary adenoma, and others including a continuation of a childhood problem, other structural lesions or trauma, and very rarely idiopathic GHD.

Adults with GHD present with non-specific problems including truncal obesity with a relative decrease in muscle mass and, in many instances, decreased energy and quality of life.[25]

Diagnosis of GH deficiency involves a multiple-step diagnostic process, usually culminating in GH stimulation tests to see if the patient's pituitary gland will release a pulse of GH when provoked by various stimuli.

Treatment with exogenous GH is indicated only in limited circumstances,[25] and needs regular monitoring due to the frequency and severity of side-effects. GH is used as replacement therapy in adults with GH deficiency of either childhood-onset (after completing growth phase) or adult-onset (usually as a result of an acquired pituitary tumor). In these patients, benefits have variably included reduced fat mass, increased lean mass, increased bone density, improved lipid profile, reduced cardiovascular risk factors, and improved psychosocial well-being.

We have to take the tablets out of the bottle and seals them in a plastic sealer. Once sealed, we shall put them inside a "Snack" or "Coco Crunch" bag to make them looks like a "Snack." Then we sent a postcard along to make it look like a gift from your friend/relative. Sender's surname name may be similar to the recipient's surname to disguise product as a package from your relatives.

Androlic is an oral drug with a dosage of 50mg per tablet. It is the strongest oral on the market. It has both high androgenic and anabolic effects. Strength and weight gains are very significant. It is highly toxic to the liver. Androlic also aromatizes fairly easily. Oxymetholone has been reported to produce gynecomastia in users (not all probably around 50%). An anti-estrogen should be used to counteract the aromatization. Nolvadex is an suggested anti-estrogen. Many side effects are associated including acne, hair loss, abdominal pains, headaches, gynecomastia, hypertension, and heavy water retention. Loss of weight and strength usually occurs after the cycle. Androlic also shuts down natural testosterone production. It is regarded by the bodybuilding community as the most effective oral steroid in building strength and size. Androlic has many side effects however, which make it relatively dangerous to use when compared to other steroids. Average dose is from 1-2 tablets a day to 4 tabs a day. Androlic is used on bulking cycle with sustanon and deca-durabolin.
Androlic (Oxymetholone 50mg) is also known with the name of Anadrol.

Oxandrolone (Anavar) is a synthetic anabolic steroid derived from dihydrotestosterone by substituting 2nd carbon atom for oxygen (O). It is widely known for its exceptionally small level of androgenicity accompanied by moderate anabolic effect. Although oxandrolone is a 17-alpha alkylated steroid, its liver toxicity is very small as well. Studies have showed that a daily dose of 20 mg oxandrolone used in the course of 12 weeks had only a negligible impact on the increase of liver enzymes[1][2]. As a DHT derivative, oxandrolone does not aromatize (convert to estrogen, which causes gynecomastia or male breast tissue).
It also does not significantly influence the body's normal testosterone production (HPTA axis) at low dosages (10 mg). When dosages are high, the human body reacts by reducing the production of LH (luteinizing hormone), thinking endogenous testosterone production is too high; this in turn eliminates further stimulation of Leydig cells in the testicles, causing testicular atrophy (shrinking). Oxandrolone used in a dose of 80 mg/day suppressed endogenous testosterone by 67% after 12 weeks of therapy.

Commonly known as Anavar. Oxandrolone is always considered for the "real" cycle as it's much more potent compared to the former Stanozolol or Methandienone. Furthermore, it's effect lasts longer and causes low side effect. The only drawback to using Oxandrolone is the price, however, if you're done with all the Testosterone Enanthate or Propionate, you might want to consider switching to Oxandrolone.
